OK Frozen Dough Ltd., founded in 1994 and located in the Okanagan Valley of Southern British Columbia, has been a major supplier / partner to grocery chains and independent retail bakeries in Western Canada. Flour is the key ingredient in quality bakery products and 'Knead to Bake' uses a special blend of flour milled by Rogers Foods of Armstrong BC. All of the 'Knead to Bake' whole wheat products use a flour made with a stone milling process to enhance quality and flavour.
